THE CHANGE OF LATITUDE BETWEEN TWO POINTS IS THE ARC OF THE MERIDIAN INTERCEPTED BETWEEN THEIR PARALLELS OF LATITUDE

It is measured NORTH or SOUTH, according to the direction of the change from the first point to the second. It depends on the Hemispheres  of the points for the value of the change.

•NORTHERN to SOUTHERN - ADD the LATITUDES

•Same HEMISPHERES - SUBTRACT the LATITUDES
